1. Booking and Cancellation
All appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Payment
Full payment is required upon completion of services.
For large or customized projects, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
3. Liability
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, homes, or property prior to our services.
Customers must inform us of any fragile or sensitive areas before the service begins.
4. Window Tinting Warranty
Our window tinting services include a warranty against peeling, bubbling, and discoloration for the specified duration mentioned in your service agreement.
Warranty claims require proof of service and are void if improper care or cleaning products are used.
5. House Cleaning
We require access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays in access may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
We do not handle hazardous materials or deep structural cleaning (e.g., mold remediation).
6. Car Detailing
Customers are advised to remove personal belongings from vehicles before detailing. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
7. Damage Policy
While we take utmost care during all services, accidental damage must be reported immediately. We will assess and address issues on a case-by-case basis.
8. Customer Conduct
Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or during your next service booking.
